Our Rooms...

Our rooms are cozy, comfortable, and each is individually decorated. All rooms have color televisions with cable TV, DVD players, coffeemakers, microwaves, refrigerators, and fresh coffee.

Kitchenettes have all the above plus a sink, range, and dishes/utensils/pans. All but one room have queen-sized beds.

Weekly and contractor rates are available, just call and ask.

All room rates are single or double occupancy. Extra person charge (over 12 years old) is $10.00 per night. Room rates change seasonally:

- Winter Season (November through February, and April)
- Spring Break (March, April: can vary by week)
- Summer & Holidays (May, June, September*, October)
- High Season (July** and August)

Our Policies

During Summer, Holidays, and High Season, we require a two-night minimum stay on weekends. Credit cards are required to secure all rooms. All reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means if you have to cancel or change your arrival date, you need to do so by noon on the second day before arrival. Late cancellation charges of one night room and tax may apply.

Pet rooms are limited and need to be reserved directly with the hotel. The fee is $10.00 per pet per night with a two pet maximum per room. We provide towels, blankets and dishes for your pet. Pets are not allowed in the gardens, on the porch or in the office.

Check in is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. If you should arrive after 9:00 pm, please call us during the afternoon to arrange for a late check-in. Check out is 11:00 am.

Guests must be 21 years old to reserve a room and/or register.

Gratuities are not included and are appreciated by our hard-working staff!
