Our Rates... All room rates are single or double occupancy. Extra person charge (over 12 years old) is $10.00 per night. Room rates change seasonally:

Our Policies During Summer, Holidays, and High Season, we require a two-night minimum stay on weekends. Credit cards are required to secure all rooms. All reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means if you have to cancel or change your arrival date, you need to do so by 3:00 pm two days before your arrival date. Late cancellation charges of one night room and tax may apply. Bookings for more than 3 rooms in the same name and guaranteed to the same credit card are subject to group reservation cancellation and deposit requirements. Please call the hotel directly for group bookings. Pet rooms are limited and can only be reserved by calling the hotel's reservations desk (877.368.1001). Please do not make reservations for pet-friendly rooms online. The fee is $10.00 per pet per night with a two pet maximum per room. Only dogs and cats, please. We can provide towels, blankets and dishes for your pet. Pets are not allowed in the gardens, on the porch or in the office. Check in is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm (office may close earlier in Winter). Regretfully, we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs during High Season. If you should arrive after 8:00 pm, please call us during the afternoon to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out is 11:00 am. Guests must be 21 years old to reserve a room and/or register. Gratuities are not included and are appreciated by our hard-working staff!
